EL Capital's three founding partners have over 100 combined years of experience in business management and operations, venture capital/private equity investing, investment banking (including public offerings and M&A transactions). Two of our founding partners have extensive experience in deal sourcing, due diligence, valuation, advising portfolio companies in business operations and exit strategies, and these Managing Directors made investments in over 20 portfolio companies while managing IDG Technology Venture Investment ("IDGVC") fund in China. Additionally, two founding partners, both of whom are former investment bankers with Guang Fa Securities, one of the largest investment banks in China, have been instrumental in underwriting more than 10 IPO's and acted as financial advisor in connection with over 20 M&A transactions.
