Mr. Ren is the Former Managing Director of New Times Securities' Investment Bank Division, where he promoted the implementation of IPOs and M&As. Mr. Ren also worked in a number of government financial agencies, where he was responsible for analyzing and supervising the safety and stability of financial institutions.  

Mr. Ren holds an MBA from Inner Mongolia University.
