Mr. Ren is the Former Managing Director of New Times Securities' Investment Bank Division, where he promoted the implementation of IPOs and M&As. Mr. Ren also has extensive experience in the financial regulatory and oversight field, focusing on analyzing and safeguarding the safety and stability of financial institutions.

Mr. Ren holds an MBA from Inner Mongolia University.
