Mr. Zhou is a Managing Director of EL Capital. Mr. Zhou was an Executive Director of investment management division, and General Manager of Dongguan regional office of Guang Fa Securities. While at Guang Fa Securities, he was in charge of investment, research, and trading. He cooperated with China Merchants Bank to set up a 2 billion RMB equities financial product. As a key member, he completed the Dongguan-Shenzhen highway asset securitization project. He also worked with Guangdong Development Bank and China Southern Fund where he launched a new 10 billion RMB "salary + salary" financial products. Previously, Mr. Zhou took a management role at Jiangxi Xinyu Steel Company, Shenzhen JingMei Bio-engineering Company, and Thiland Chia Tai group (NanChang) Company.

Mr. Zhou has an investment economics Master from Jiangxi University of Finance and Economics affiliated to Ministry of Finance and a Bachelor in Biology from Peking University.
