Mr. Yudong Hou. Mr. Hou is a co-founder and managing director of EL Capital.  Mr. Hou previously served as an executive vice president for investment banking, investment management and a brokerage division of GF Securities, a top 5 China securities firm.  In addition, he served as a board director and executive vice president for GF Northern Securities. Under Mr. Hou's supervision, his investment banking team at GF Securities played a major role in underwriting or acting as a financial advisor for dozens of new offerings and M&A transactions. Previously, Mr. Hou was a financial advisor at Edward Jones and Waddell & Reed Financial where he provided securities investments and advice to clients.
 
Mr. Hou also served five years for IDG Technology Venture Investment(IDGVC) in China as an analyst and then as the CFO. Mr. Hou was deeply involved in negotiation, due diligence and post-investment management for over 20 investments; he was one of the key managers for IDGVC's early investments and expansion in China. Mr. Hou holds a Master degree in Finance from Suffolk University and a BS in accounting from North China University of Technology. 

Mr. Gang Lin. Mr. Lin is a co-founder and managing director of EL Capital, he has over 25 years of venture capital and technology operation experience, he was the investment advisor for IDG Technology Venture Investment, where he helped IDGVC successfully invest in Superdata Software Holdings Ltd and China's NO.2 software company Kingdee International Software Group, and brought them to IPO on the Hong Kong Stock Market. He was one of the key managers for IDGVC's early expanded investments in China and directly involved in more than 20 investments.  

Mr. Gang Lin, is a co-founder and serves as a board director for Superdata Software Holdings Ltd, which went public in Hong Kong Stock Market and later was a buyout by a US hedge fund; Mr. Lin also had founded Beijing Qiandao Software, a pioneer in China's computer game industry and Qianfeng Electric Inc.; the two firms were sold to other investors. In his early career, Mr. Lin worked for state-owned Beijing Stone Group and Beijing Computer Industry Company. As a representative, he served 8 years in Chinese People's Consultative Conference Beijing Committee from 1991-1998. He went to Beijing Yibiaoju Zhigong College and earned a diploma in 1983. 

Mr. Yanhui Wang. Mr. Wang is a co-founder and managing director of EL Capital, he was a former board director and executive vice president for Shenzhen Commercial Bank, where he helped the 70-billion-Yuan-assets bank to improve its corporate banking business, built a loan asset repurchase market jointly with the National Development Bank and started a small business lending programs on behalf of National Development Bank; he also developed and structured the bank's joint effort with foreign bank groups to do syndicate loans and took the lead to have a forum between bank, business and government on important economic and financial issues. 

Before that, Mr. Wang was the assistant to Mr. Decheng Li, deputy mayor of Shenzhen. He assisted Mr. Li to successfully fulfill his responsibilities in economic, scientific, tax and financial, social affairs and daily operation of the city. Mr. Wang also worked as a Sr. economist and vice president for Shenzhen Investment Management Inc and Shenzhen Baoan Group, Ltd. He earned an MPA degree from Harvard University, MA in finance from Institute of Finance Studies (a subsidiary of the Ministry of Finance, China), PhD from Xian Jiaotong University and BA from Jiangxi University of Finance and Economics.

Mr. Haibin Liu. Mr. Liu is co-founder and a managing director of EL Capital. Mr. Liu is a co-founder and managing partner of Grains Valley Capital, a China based PE firm, where he has successfully invested in 5 profitable companies and one went public on December 2007. Mr. Liu was the assistant to GF Securities' Chairman and a senior manager at GF Securities¡¯ investment banking group. While at GF Securities, he experienced a number of IPOs and M&As, for example, he represented GF Securities as a lead investment banker brought China's No.1 securities firm CITICS to IPO in 2002. Mr. Liu also was an investment manager for China Shipowners Mutual Assurance Association (China P&I Club), where he implemented investments in China's two top 10 banks: China Minsheng Banking Corp and China Everbright Bank. Mr. Liu has an MBA from Dowling College's Townsend School of Business and a Bachelor in Economics from China's University of International Business & Economics (UIBE).

Mr. Joe Xiongwei Zhou. Mr. Zhou is a director of EL Capital. He has over 14 years multi-cultural and multi-national work experience. In the U.S., he is a manager at Delta Search Labs, a technology development and commercialization incubator company, where he is responsible for development and evaluation of new business opportunities, including a startup that utilizes virtual reality technology in applications of pain management. Before that, Mr. Zhou worked as a technical lead at Kasenna Inc and then as a custom engineer at Silicon Graphics Inc. In China, he was a co-founder and Vice General Manager to build Japan Takagi Living Goods (textile) Corporation and managed the daily operations of both the business branch and the manufacturing plant. In Japan, Mr. Zhou gained project management and quality control skills by working at Yokogawa Electric Corporation for 2 years.

Mr. Zhou studies in the MIT Sloan Fellows Program in Innovation and Global Leadership, a demanding and accelerated full-time MBA program (graduation: June 2008) for mid-career executives and entrepreneurs. He also holds a Master degree in Mechanical Engineering from Iowa State University and a Bachelor degree in Precision Engineering from Tianjin University, China.

Strategic Advisors

Mr. Jiachun Fang. Mr. Fang is a former vice chairman of the Shanghai Stock Exchange and the former vice chairman & CEO of GF Securities. He is currently the chairman of Tebon Securities, a large well-known Chinese securities firm and a board director of Securities Association of China. Mr. Fang had attended Harvard Business School's Advanced Management Program.

Mr. Xueping Ning. Mr. Ning is the former Chairman and Director of Research Institute for Fiscal Science, Ministry of Finance, China, and the former State Treasury of Jilin Province, China.
